Constance M. Hagan-Taylor of Nunda, NY passed away December 31st, 2017 at Strong Memorial Hospital.
Connie was born November 25, 1946 to her parents William and Irene Hagan at Warsaw Hospital. She is predeceased by her parents.
She is survived by by her sisters, Sallie Jo (Peter) Chiasson and Diana (Bill) Denby and her brother Terry (Terri) Hagan, 2 daughters Tammy Brown of Nunda and Marcy Washburn also of Nunda, 5 grandchildren, Justin (Phoebe) Vogel, Ashley (Bruce) Prince, Joyce McDowell, Amber (Zack) Pruonto, Kimmii McDowell, several neices and nephews and special friends Belle Terry, Jackie Mongillo.
Connie retired after 35 years of dedicated service at the Rochester Psychatric Center in Rochester, NY. She was very proud to play a significant role in the opening the first community home, "The John Ramano Home", for psychiatric care in New York State.
She enjoyed spending her time with family and friends, whom she loved dearly and held close to her heart.
There will be celebration of life at the Chamberlin-Baird Funeral Home in Dansville Saturday January 6th, 2017 at 11am, followed by a gathering at the Halley-Allen American Legion, Sonyea, NY www.bairdfuneralhomes.com
