Naples Florence Lourette, 83, passed away peacefully at the Naples Hospeace House on Saturday, February 15th, 2020. Flo was born on June 7th, 1936 in Rochester and attended Marion High School, she was a line supervisor at Xerox for many years. Florence was a very kind and loving person. She loved playing softball, riding her motorcycle, and playing euchre; above all else, her passion was horses, especially race horses and she could not wait to go back to the FingerLakes Race Track to watch them. Flo is predeceased by Ray Clark Palmer & Nelly Bailey Palmer who raised her in Marion and devoted foster sibling, Brenda (Nicholas) Palmer- Love who cared for Florence deeply. Florence is survived by her foster siblings: Nick (Carol) Love, Connie Gomez, Ray (Phyllis) Love, Carol (Art) Hermann, Mary (Larry Marangoni) Love, Lois (Dan) Thom; special friends: Paulette Jones & Family, Tammy Sutherland, Greg Ridley, Barb Ames, Nancy Kennedy, Valerie, Grayson & Justin Weaver, Shirley & Laddie Plivelich, Beverly & Richard Davis; and two loving dogs: Tyler & Skylar. Per Flo's request, services will be private and held at the convenience of the family, burial will be in Marion Cemetery.
