Obituary of William Farrell

Dansville

William A Farrell, age 82, passed away early Friday morning at the Livingston County Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation.

William was born on December 18th, 1935 in Mt. Morris NY, a son of the late Fletcher & Helen (Murphy) Farrell. William served our country in the United States Air Force from 1955-1959. He worked many jobs including: Lucidal, Covered Wagon Train, Owens Brothers & as an independent truck driver.

William is predeceased by two wives, Gloria Farrell and Judy Farrell; a daughter, Melanie Doyle; a grandson, Edward Doyle; and a brother, Richard Farrell.

William is survived by his children: James (Irene) Farrell and their daughter Madeline, Marcia (JR) Peterson of Las Vegas & Merry (Keith) Woodcox of Georgia; step children: Terry (Connie) Kysor of New Hampshire, Harold (Maryellen) Kysor of Colorado, Rita Wolfer of Dansville, Dennis (Betty) Kysor of Scottsburg & Hope Abbey of Wayland; one brother: Keith Farrell; his sisters: Deanna Mastin, Bonnie Anderson, Linda Sutton, & Carol Johantgen and many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, & cousins.

Friends and family of William are invited to call on Friday, December 29th, 2017 from 2-4p and 6-8p at the Chamberlin-Baird Funeral Home, 73 Main Street, Dansville. A funeral service will be held for William on Saturday, December 30th, 2017 at 10am at the funeral home with military honors held immediately following at Greenmount Cemetery in Dansville.
