Obituary of Kim M. Beechner

Prattsburgh Kim Matthew Beechner, age 64, passed away at Arnot Ogden Medical Center in Elmira. Kim was born on December 28, 1956 to Richard & Frances (Kidder) Beechner. Kim owned and operated his own construction business out of Prattsburgh for most of his life. Kim is predeceased by his father, Richard Beechner and his brother, Rick ""Bear" Beechner. Kim is survived and will be sorely missed by his partner, Jenifer D'Arpino whom he loved very much; his daughters: Joy (Shane) Putman & Holly (John) Reid; his mother, Frances Beechner; his sister, Diane (Ron) Putnam; his grandchildren, who were Kim's entire world: Kristoffer Johnson, Marissa Reid, Dayton Putman, Skye Putman, Kadin Reid, Remi Putman & Reign Putman; and many nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. Kim was always there to help anyone in need as he was very giving and kind. He loved to tinker with things. By far, Kim's greatest joy was his grandchildren; he loved clearing trails at camp for them to hunt or ride four-wheelers; he loved going to all the kids' games, especially basketball, and occasionally would let the officials know his opinion! Kim was a very devoted partner, father, & grandfather and would do anything to make sure his family was taken care of.
