Deborah I. (Washburn) Shull, age 73, passed away peacefully Monday, April 19, 2021 at her home, surrounded by her family.
Deborah was born February 3, 1948 in Wayland, a daughter of Albert and Margery (Stephens) Washburn. She was formerly employed at Tops Market in Dansville. In addition to her parents, she was also predeceased by a sister, Nora Jean Washburn; a daughter, Tricia Miles; and two grandchildren, Sierra-Nicole Shull and Dallas-James Shull.
Deborah enjoyed crocheting, embroidery, and other various crafts; she also enjoyed her plants and coloring, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.
Deborah is survived by her devoted husband, Kenneth; her sons, Darwin (Maria) Prinsen, Douglas (Christine) Prinsen and Nathan (Sarah) Shull; two daughters, Gwenda Miles and Michele (George) Lamphier; many grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter; her brothers, Stephen (Cindy) Washburn and Eric (Tammy) Washburn; her sisters, Dawn Ann Washburn, Twyla (Eric) Anable and Ilene Washburn; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service is being planned and will be announced at a later date. The family wanted everyone to know that after Deborah's passing a cardinal landed in the tree next to her son's home; which let everyone know that she had made it home.
