Yin-Chu Pan Li, R.N.
A resident of Geneseo, NY, passed away peacefully on Nov. 24, 2021. Born September 14, 1927 in Jiangxi province, China and educated as a registered nurse in Shanghai, brought up two sons and two daughters in Taiwan with her husband Dr. George Tien-Fu Li, M.D. who predeceased her in 1999. She also helped raise nine grandchildren in the U.S. All have gone on to have successful careers.
Mrs. Li practiced nursing in China, Taiwan, North Africa, and at Lovelace Clinic in Albuquerque, Media Hospital in Philadelphia and Johns Hopkins affiliated PHS Hospital in Baltimore in the U.S. Mrs. Li travelled around the globe to many countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia.
Everyone remembers Mrs. Li as a classy lady who was loving, kind, and fashionable. She enjoyed beautiful gardens, shows, photography and delicious cuisines.
She is survived by her children: Jasmine (Chi-Ming Tang), John (Ying), Taselin (Tze-Chieng Kuo), and Alex; grandchildren: Angeline, Jean, Leslie (Jackson), Audwin, Michael (Julia), Austin, Christopher (Stefanie), Jonathan & Isabelle; and her great-grandchildren: Xavier & Owen.
