Lori A. McCurry, age 61, passed away on Friday, April 08, 2022 in Rochester. Lori was born in Wayland on January 16, 1961 to the late Donald & Harriet (Wolfanger) Cansdale Sr. In addition to her parents, Lori is predeceased by her brother, Don Cansdale Jr. and her sister, Linda Bill. Lori was a sewer at Forbes in Dansville for many years; she was also a licensed phlebotomist at Noyes Hospital. Lori loved to be in the kitchen cooking and baking- especially bread and cookies. Lori also maintained several flower beds and vegetable gardens at her home; she also loved animals, especially pugs. Lori is survived by her loving husband, Chuck McCurry; her children: Matt (April) Payne & Holly Weeks; her grandchildren: Hayden Payne, Alex Payne, Brynn Hoyt & Kennedy Hoyt her siblings: Sheila (Dale) George, Ronald (Sandra) Cansdale, Richard Cansdale, Sheri (Kevin) Frail, Doug (Nicole) Cansdale & Duane (Bonnie) Cansdale; her mother-in-law, Barbara McCurry; her sister-in-law, Robin (Rob) Killian; and many nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. A Celebration of Life is being planned for the summer.
